About Me
Ashley moved to Charlotte from Northern Virginia, bringing with her a passion for helping people and a track record of excellence. She earned her B.S. in Exercise Science with a minor in Spanish from the University of South Carolina, then spent four years at a top physical therapy clinic delivering exceptional care with a personal touch.
Since launching her real estate career in February 2021, Ashley has been consistently recognized as a top performer at Howard Hanna Allen Tate Real Estate. Known for her client-first approach, she expertly guides everyone from first-time homebuyers and sellers to seasoned investors and renters, ensuring each transaction feels smooth, stress-free, and successful. Based out of the Uptown Charlotte office, she’s right in the heart of the action and deeply connected to the community she serves.
Whether you’re buying your first home, selling your fifth, or diving into your first investment property, Ashley is the go-to resource for results and a positive experience. She thrives on problem-solving, clear communication, and getting her clients to the closing table with confidence.
When she’s not helping clients, Ashley channels her drive into training for her next Hyrox competition, staying active, and baking the world’s best cookies (self-proclaimed, but happily verified by friends and family). She also loves spending time with her energetic lab, Ovi — whether that’s long walks, a game of fetch, or just enjoying the sunshine together.
